At Leatnam, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver quality products at unbeatable prices. However, we understand that there may be situations where returns are necessary. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:
1. Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- A return processing fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund for each eligible return.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the damage
- Once the issue is verified and approved by our team, you will receive a full refund with no return fee.
- If damage is not verified or proven, standard return terms (with $7 deduction) will apply.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items returned after 3 days from delivery
4. Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
- If approved, your refund (minus $7 if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
